Lara Bar Organic Superfood Bars are made with ingredients I’d use at home to make my own version – from Amazon.
Go Raw Sprouted Pumpkin Seeds are sprouted to make the nutrients more available for our bodies to absorb and are only seasoned with sea salt. They make a super topping for soups and salads as well as just eating straight from the bag – from Amazon or Vitacost.
Dried Strawberries are approved by my own two young kids. We use them when traveling. From Amazon and Vitacost.
Baking Soda – I now use a combination of baking soda and apple cider vinegar as the leavening agent (you don’t taste the vinegar in the finished product!!) in all my baked goods to avoid the sometimes lurking aluminum and corn in baking powder – from Amazon and Vitacost.
Cacao Nibs – my kids call them “chocolate chunks” even though they are quite bitter (no added sugar). I add them to baked breads or sprinkle them on pudding – from Amazon.
Cacao Powder – I prefer to use cacao over cocoa because it is more nutrient dense, especially if I am not baking the food. This product is great for smoothies, puddings, and breads – from Amazon or Vitacost.
Coconut Flour – Coconut flour is my preferred paleo-approved flour. It absorbs a lot of liquid when baking, so it can be a bit tricky, so when new to working with it I always recommend working from an existing coconut flour baking recipe – from Amazon and Vitacost.
